Saddle Stitching

The two Muller Bravos can produce conventional flat stitching or loop stitching with up to four heads. A hand feed station is available and both have five knife trimming units for 2up work.

The maximum trim size is 479 x 305mm, the minimum 95 x 75mm (using 2up finishing) but smaller sizes can be produced by using a combination of in-line and off-line finishing.

A hole punch facility is also available, idea for saddle stitched calendars.

Both Mullers have stacker facilities for batch counting and both are connected to an Endoline packing system.

Folding

A wide range of large and small folding formats are possible across the four Stahl machines. Gutter and edge trim facilities are available, as are in-line perforating and creasing. The Company has a wide range of open and double gate facilities, again including in-line creasing and perforating.

Laminating

The Autobond 105 laminator can handle sheets in size from SRA4 through to B1, either single or double sided.

Guillotining

Two Polar programmatic guillotines with a maximum cut of 1150mm. The 115 has a full flowline and stacking system, with an integral weighed count for quality control.

Other

The Company also offers wiro binding including calendars, spiral binding, drilling, stab stitching, a range of ancillary services and hand finishing.

Shrink wrapping and ram bundling are available in conjunction with any of our services.
